Keep Fit Program II: Ping Pong

This is my late post and i already forgotton which day i went to play ping pong with shu mooi, aniq, chieng sing, pheik gaik and wei jun at Permata Sports Complex from 2pm until 4pm.
I'm a newbie for Ping Pong but i still can act some professional way to open a ball...lolx...! Anyway...Ping Pong is totally different and i always forgot I'm handling a Ping Pong pad but not a racket. So I always missed the ball because I thought its a feeling of handling a racket and have longer stick to reach the ball!!! Hahaha...

Anyway..this is my keep fit program II!!! Haha...Futsal this coming Saturday!!! Keep fit program III...hiakhiakhiakk...
